Starting with a gentle, mindful yoga session to release tension and set a positive tone for the day, we’ll then move into an interactive talk on nutrition, focusing on a topic of your choice:

· The basics of eating well

· Gut health

· Mental wellbeing

· Supporting immunity

· Beating the afternoon slump

· Supporting menopause

We’ll conclude with a guided mindfulness session to reduce stress and leave you feeling reset.
