Leo Pharma Team Building at Bisham Abbey

On 21st July 2025, Leo Pharma brought 30 colleagues to Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre for a day of team building. The group was divided into 5 HTF teams and 3 dragon boat teams, with different activities scheduled for the morning and afternoon.

The day began with Human Table Football in the morning, bringing out everyone's competitive spirit in this fast-paced and fun team game. In the afternoon, the action moved to the water with Dragon Boat racing, where teams worked together to paddle in sync and race against each other on the beautiful River Thames at Bisham Abbey.

The variety of activities kept the energy high throughout the day, with both land and water-based challenges testing teamwork, communication, and coordination. It was great to see everyone fully engaged and enjoying both the competitive and collaborative aspects of the day.
