EQT Partners Team Building at The Oakley Court Hotel

On 4th June 2025, EQT Partners came to The Oakley Court Hotel for a morning of team building on the water. The group was split into 2 dragon boat teams for a Dragon Boat River Paddle on the Thames.

The morning provided the perfect opportunity for teams to work together, paddling in sync and racing against each other on the beautiful stretch of river beside the historic Oakley Court Hotel. The activity tested communication, coordination, and teamwork as all three teams gave their best efforts on the water.

The riverside setting and morning sunshine made for an ideal environment for this energetic and engaging team building experience.
