Berkshire NHS Team Building at Dorney Lake

On Monday 17th February 2025, Berkshire NHS brought 8 colleagues to the Olympic Suite at Dorney Lake for a full day of team building. Split into 2 teams of 4, the group tackled Cryptic Challenges in the morning followed by the Jail Break activity in the afternoon.

The morning's Cryptic Challenges tested lateral thinking and problem-solving as both teams worked through a series of mind-bending puzzles. After lunch, the Jail Break activity ramped up the intensity, requiring communication, collaboration, and creative thinking to crack the codes and escape.

The combination of both activities provided a comprehensive team building experience that challenged the group in different ways throughout the day.
