Adobe - Giving Back

On Thursday 11th September 2025, 32 Adobe employees took part in one of our immersive team building CSR activities.
The Waterworks programme is a powerful and humbling experience that can literally change the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the world in desperate need. The time and effort that the Adobe teams spent that day building and donating a life-changing water filtration system will help improve the and save the lives of an entire community in desperate need in developing countries on the other side of the world.

EVENT SUMMARY

Our host, Mike, delivered “Waterworks” to a room full of purpose-driven, enthusiastic delegates from Adobe. Mike talked about how making a positive difference to someone else’s life makes you feel. Delegates were encouraged to share moments in their lives when they had made a real difference.

Discussion ensued about how we all take fresh, clean water for granted in our lives, recognising of course that not everyone in the world is as fortunate
as our audience and that is why our programmes are so important and impactful. Chronic shortages of clean and safe water are threatening the lives of children and adults all across the globe. Every case is preventable, and that’s how the Adobe teams helped.

Attendees then set about building the water filtration they’d been given with passion knowing that someone would benefit beyond measurement -

The lessons learnt in the audience will travel with them throughout the attendees career and the key message for us all is that in everything we do there is an opportunity to positively impact beyond ourselves!
